Continuing his 16 years of exclusive Immigration Representation, Joshua P. Bratter, Esq. will focus on the elite representation of Athletes, Entrepreneurs, Artists, and Entertainers. He has successfully represented thousands of clients over the years and takes great pride in helping individuals, families and corporations with their immigration needs.

Mr. Bratter earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he co-founded the University’s pro-bono asylum clinic. Fluent in Spanish and Russian, Mr. Bratter has an extensive background in International Law, having served with the Organization of American States, the Council on Hemispheric Affairs, and having studied at The Hague Academy of International Law.

Mr. Bratter is well versed in all aspects of Immigration Law, and his writings on the subject, and accomplishments in the field, have been published in The Washington Post, The Miami Herald, The Jewish Star Times, The Minerva Review and The Washington Report on the Hemisphere, as well as being featured in Semana, El Tiempo, El Nuevo Herald, El Espectador, HOY, Tres Puntos, The Jerusalem Post, Ocean Drive, South Florida CEO and The San Antonio Star. Joshua Bratter has also appeared on Univision’s Noticias, Radio Caracol and Que Hay de Nuevo.

A frequent lecturer on Immigration matters, Mr. Bratter has spoken at numerous conferences throughout the United States, has testified as an expert witness in federal court proceedings and during the 2004 Presidential Campaign was honored with inclusion on former Presidential Candidate Senator Joseph Lieberman’s Immigration Task Force. Mr. Bratter currently serves on the Board of Directors to First Incentive Travel, is an Adjunct Professor teaching Sports and Entertainment Immigration Law at The University of Miami and is recognized as one of the best in the field.
